I have been a huge fan of the Spanish Coffee for over 20 years.  It was my signature drink as a bartender in my 20's, and I still order it almost everywhere I go.  I'm a bit of a fanatic, you might say.  Why else would someone create a blog about something as specific as the Spanish Coffee???  I know, it's a little crazy.

I live in the Seattle area, and just south of us, our neighbors in Portland really know how to make this drink!  So, I was so flabbergasted to discover so many bars in the Seattle area don't know how to make this amazing cocktail.  So, that's the reason I started this blog, so I can help bars and restaurants realize the importance of learning how to make this drink correctly.  Obviously, Seattle is where my reviews are going to start.  But if there is anyone in the rest of the United States, or the world, who is as passionate about Spanish Coffee as I am, please reach out to me!  I'd love to have more restaurants and bars to add to the blog.  Just be sure to order a Spanish Coffee, take a picture of it, and send me a detailed description of your experience.  I'll definitely post it on the blog and give you credit.
